Daintree Rainforest Village – Terms & Conditions

FROM FEBRUARY 2025 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Acceptance of an accommodation booking at Daintree Rainforest Village is your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined below.

RATES

Rates are offered on a PER PERSON calculation. All rates are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Rates may change, and the price is not confirmed until the booking is finalised and deposit paid.

PAYMENT POLICY

We always take the first night’s base rate as a deposit. Extra nights must be paid on arrival before entering the park.

To extend your stay, please notify us and pay before the checkout time of 10.30am.

Conditions apply for large groups and longer stays. Please talk to the receptionist about your request.

CANCELLATION and REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made 2 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.
All other cancellations are refundable and a $25 administration fee will be charged.
No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations made on the day you are due to arrive.
As we are in a rainforest, we do not refund because of rain.

NO SHOW

Guests who arrive later than their booked date will forfeit the cost of the unused night.

SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED

CHECK IN

Check in is from 1PM TO 6PM. Please register at the shop upon arrival before proceeding into the campgrounds.

ALL VISITORS must register at the office.

Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

CHECK OUT is at 10.30 am

REFUSAL OF ENTRY

We reserve the right to refuse entry into the campgrounds. A full refund will be issued under such circumstances.

GUARANTEED CAMPSITES

While we strive to meet your requests, PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SITES.

Sites are allocated at the discretion of the park management who reserve the right to move a booking to a similar site without notice.

DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE

All damage is to be reported and paid for by the guest. Faults and damage discovered by the guest must be reported within one hour of arrival or we may consider the damage to be the responsibility of that guest.
